Botkol Investments Ltd (the ''Company'') was incorporated in Cyprus on 14/08/2009 as a private limited liability company under the provisions of the Cyprus Companies Law.
The Company maintains fully equipped offices at its registered office at Agias Fylaxeos 71, Safebulkers Tower, 1st floor, Office 12, Limassol 3087, Cyprus.
Since its incorporation the Company was acting as the financing entity of its group of companies. Its main activity is the provision of finance to non-related entities at pre agreed terms and interest rates.
In the past, several of the group companies were engaged in the trading of pharmaceutical products therefore the key personnel of the group responsible for the decision making have experience and expertise in the pharmaceutical sector.
The profits/reserves/retained earnings of the group are accumulated in the Company for further distribution and/or investment in profit generating activities (i.e. provision of interest bearing loans).
The entities that the Company is concluding financing agreements with specialize in the production and trading of pharmaceutical products. These entities are large corporations with long-lasting proven repayment ability. The majority of the loans provided by the Company to the borrowers are secured mainly through pledges of corporate rights.
The company is in compliance with all statutory laws of Cyprus and is up to date with all its statutory obligations, including preparation and submission of financial statements as well as settlement of any taxes.
Throughout its years of existence, the Company has managed to create and sustain a positive business reputation.
The funding of the Company arises from companies within the same group that were previously trading in the pharmaceutical sector.
Mrs Christina Michaelidou is the director of the company. She holds a master’s degree of Science in Economics and she plays a key role in the decision making of the Company.
She has strong leadership ability and has been able to repeatedly drive successful results for the company.
She also has an outstanding ability to connect and communicate affectively at all levels which has help her and the Company in concluding successful and profitable agreements.
The Company has been also employing an administrative staff since 1st August 2017.
The Company is ready to start trading in pharmaceutical products and related equipment in the near future.
